Galaxy (Australia) pellet hops 1 oz

Typical Alpha: 12.5 - 15.5%. From Tasmania. Distinct citrus and passion fruit notes with a high alpha acid level. This is without a doubt one of the best IPA and pale ale hops out there! Similar to Citra, but with not as much tropical fruit (piña colada) and a bit more grassy flavor. This hop works best as a late addition or dry hop. A hard to get and delicious hop. Highly recommended!
