Kolsches are clean, crisp, malty yet bitter German ales made famous by the town of Koln, the only place in the world where they are "truly" brewed. Golden yellow in color, but with a noticeable hop bitterness and flavor imparted only by German noble hops, this is a winner for those that like lots of flavor in their light colored beers.
We will crush all the grains, unless otherwise requested at checkout.
