Blichmann Boilermaker Stockpots are the state-of-the-art boilpots for home beermaking. They each come standard with three-piece ball valves (for sanitary break-down), tilting thermometer (with all of the pertinent brewing temperatures and ranges on the dial), and glass non-staining sight gauge (to keep track of your volume as you boil the beer.
You can also outfit them with stainless steel flase bottoms (to convert them into amazing mash-tun/lauter-tuns) or with hop filtration screens (to make boiling and draining your beer fool-proof and simple).
