| Sundog Kolschbier: Kolsches are clean, crisp, malty-yet-bitter German ales made famous by the town of Koln - the only place in the world where they are "truly" brewed. Golden-yellow in color, but with a noticeable hop bitterness and flavor imparted only by German noble hops, this is a winner for those that like lots of flavor in their light-colored beers.
